Fundraiser Guidelines

Fundraiser Afternoons/Evenings on the Patio at Fritz's are a great way to raise extra funds for a school or organization.

Request for fundraiser must be in writing on letterhead with requested date, time, expected number of people and an explanation of how the event will be promoted. Contact name(s), phone numbers, full legal name and address of the organization must be included.
Event shall not be longer than a time period of 2 - 3 hours.

Available time slots are are follows:

April, May, June, July	Monday and Tuesday evenings until 9 pm. Saturday and Sunday afternoons until 3 pm.
March, August, September	Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings until 9 pm. Saturday and Sunday afternoons until 3 pm.
October, November	Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings until 9 pm. Saturday and Sunday afternoons until 3 pm.

Promotion of event shall be the organization's responsibility. Fritz's will advertise the event up to several days prior to the date on the marquee sign.
Fundraising amount shall be determined and based on 10% of the average for that evening/afternoon during the hours specified, (rounded up). This amount is also based on a minimum of 25 attendees from the organization to help create the sales.
